From conception and design development through construction, completion and operation, BIRSCHBACH & Associates, Ltd. offers the client thirty years of education and experience on commercial, institutional, religious, educational, recreational, industrial, and residential facilities.

Our design philosophy has always been that of "form following function." Every project always starts with a space needs analysis to determine the amount of built area needed. With that information, a relationship analysis of those spaces is done, and from that the floor plan is developed. At this time, the relationships of the spaces to the site is studies, and finally, the vertical relationships of spaces are considered. The final building design and form come from these analyses.

BIRSCHBACH & Associates, Ltd. has a dedicated staff that will do what it takes to make deadlines and get projects out within your time line. This staff has allowed for all of our projects to be completed on time. The completion of the actual construction work has also been within the established time frames; however, we as architects do not have as much control over the construction schedule. We have been fortunate to have had only good contractors on our projects and all have been completed in a timely manner.
