FEATURED PROJECT

ST. THOMAS AQUINAS PARISH

St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Waterford, Wisconsin, was in need of a larger worship space to serve the growing community of Waterford.  BIRSCHBACH & Associates, Ltd. also worked with the building committee of St. Thomas Aquinas to develop a long term master plan that integrated a new worship facility with the existing campus of buildings, including the original school from 1941, a school addition, and a gymnasium addition.

The project had several site restrictions based on the setback requirements and the desire of the parish to retain the existing steeple which was structurally sound.  BIRSCHBACH & Associates, Ltd., worked with the village's planning commission to determine appropriate setback restrictions and design an addition that blended well with the original steeple.

The project is currently in the bidding / negotiating stage and should begin construction shortly.
