Ss. Anthony &
Philip Parish Community began planning for a new worship facility in 2004 after
a dramatic fire burned the St. Anthony church to the ground. Since then,
the members of the St. Anthony community have been worshipping at the St. Philip
campus, also in Highland. However, due to priest shortages and inadequate
facilities, the need for a new worship space to serve the entire Highland
community became paramount.

BIRSCHBACH & Associates worked with the
parish to develop a Space needs assessment which reviewed their overall
facilities and compared their needs to their existing conditions. After
this review, it was decided that a new facility would best serve both the
present and future needs for the Catholic Community in Highland. After a
thorough search of several parcels of land, including reviewing their existing
sites, they decided to build a new facility at the existing St. Anthony campus. Location:
Highland, Wisconsin Approximate Cost: Undetermined Description: New facility,
including nave, gathering space, parish offices, social hall, religious
education Services Provided:
At fundraising
